Creating An Issue

All Issue Tracking menu items are located under their on primary ISSUE TRACKING menu in the WordPress side-bar.

To create an issue, go to ISSUE TRACKING -> NEW ISSUE

From there you’ll be able to enter the issue title along with a description of the issue.

In order to properly create the issue you must assign a primary agent in charge of the issue.

After an issue is created you can assign tickets to the issue directly on the TICKETS screen.
