If you are installing Awesome Support in a WordPress configuration where Multisite is enabled you need to do the following:
- Do NOT network activate the plugin
- Activate the plugin on each individual sub-site where its needed
- After activating on a sub-site you need to force the plugin to write out its configuration options to that site:
- Go to TICKETS->SETTINGS and click the SAVE button each tab so that the configuration options are written to the site on which the plugin is installed.
Network Activating the plugin will cause unexpected behavior!
