Switching Email Template Sets
You can switch email template sets as follows:
- Go to the TICKETS->TOOLS->CLEAN UP tab.
- Scroll down to the section title EMAIL TEMPLATES
- Click on the INSTALL button next to the template set you need.
That’s it!
This only applies to Awesome Support 5.2.0 or greater.
