Users: View PIN

When the PINS module is activated, users will see a new button at the top of their MY TICKETS page called PINS. Clicking that button will pop-up a simple light-box where the user can view their PIN and/or change it.

Note that the PIN isn’t shown immediately.  Instead, the user has to click the SHOW PIN link in order to see the 4 digit PIN.

If you are using the PINS module you should encourage your users to change their PIN after every interaction with your support staff, especially if the PIN is sent via email or some sort of chat service where transcripts of chats are stored.
