Add/Edit/Delete Documentation Items (Topics)
Add a Documentation Item
- Go To Documentation->Add Documentation
- Enter a title and the contents of your Documentation item
- Select or create a Product in the Products metabox on the right
- Select or create a Chapter in the Chapter metabox on the right
- Optionally select or create sections, versions, tags and categories
- Click the PUBLISH button located on the right side of the screen
Edit a Documentation Item
- Go To Documentation->All Documentation
- Locate and double-click the Documentation Item you would like to edit
- Tip: If you have a lot of items, you can search for the one you want in the search box on the upper right of the screen.
- Make the changes you need
- Click the PUBLISH button located on the right side of the screen
Delete a Documentation Item
- Go To Documentation->All Documentation
- Locate and HOVER over the Documentation Item you would like to delete
- Tip: If you have a lot of items, you can search for the one you want in the search box on the upper right of the screen
- Click the delete link that shows up as you hover
