Add/Edit/Delete Documentation Items (Topics)

Add a Documentation Item

  • Go To Documentation->Add Documentation
  • Enter a title and the contents of your Documentation item
  • Select or create a Product in the Products metabox on the right
  • Select or create a Chapter in the Chapter metabox on the right
  • Optionally select or create sections, versions, tags and categories
  • Click the PUBLISH button located on the right side of the screen

Edit a Documentation Item

  • Go To Documentation->All Documentation
  • Locate and double-click the Documentation Item you would like to edit
    • Tip: If you have a lot of items, you can search for the one you want in the search box on the upper right of the screen.
  • Make the changes you need
  • Click the PUBLISH button located on the right side of the screen

Delete a Documentation Item

  • Go To Documentation->All Documentation
  • Locate and HOVER over the Documentation Item you would like to delete
    • Tip: If you have a lot of items, you can search for the one you want in the search box on the upper right of the screen
  • Click the delete link that shows up as you hover
