Edit/Delete Triggered Tickets

Edit a Triggered Ticket

  • Go To Triggered Tickets
  • Locate and double-click the Triggered Ticket you would like to edit
    • Tip: If you have a lot of items, you can search for the one you want in the search box on the upper right of the screen.
  • Make the changes you need
  • Click the PUBLISH button located on the right side of the screen
If you are changing the Event Group, Event or Action, you need to save the item first before you are able to see the updated fields related to that item!

Delete a Documentation Item

  • Go To Triggered Tickets
  • Locate and HOVER over the Triggered Ticket you would like to delete
    • Tip: If you have a lot of items, you can search for the one you want in the search box on the upper right of the screen
  • Click the delete link that shows up as you hover
