Adding Additional Agents And Third Parties To An Issue

For many companies, an issue can involve many employees within a company and even contractors and other representatives outside the company.  You can keep these additional interested parties in the loop by adding them to the issue as notification recipients.

Add an existing agent as an authorized notification recipient

  • Go to ISSUE TRACKING->ALL ISSUES and view the issue you’re interested in
  • Scroll down to the section below the comment area where you will see three tabs.
  • Click on the ADDITIONAL AGENTS tab
  • Click on the ADD ADDITIONAL AGENT button
  • Click the arrow in the popup box and type in the first three characters of the agent name to start a search for matching agents.  Then, select from the choices that show in drop-down.
  • Click the ADD ADDITIONAL AGENT button to add the agent to the issue

Add any other user as an authorized notification recipient

  • Go to ISSUE TRACKING->ALL ISSUES and view the issue you’re interested in
  • Scroll down to the section below the comment area where you will see three tabs.
  • Click on the ADDITIONAL INTERESTED PARTIES tab
  • Click on the ADD ADDITIONAL INTERESTED PARTY button
  • Type in the name and email address in the popup box
  • Click on the ADD ADDITIONAL INTERESTED PARTY button to add the person to the issue
