Assigning Tickets To An Issue

Assigning tickets to an issue is easy.

  • Locate the ticket that needs to be assigned to an issue and open it in the admin dashboard (TICKETS->ALL TICKETS)
  • Scroll down to the area just below the reply button.  You’ll see an area with one or more tabs – one of the tabs will be ISSUES.  Click on it.
  • Click on the button labelled ADD ISSUE
  • Select your issue from the drop-down
  • Save the ticket

Once added you’ll see a screen that looks similar to below:

While it is rare, you can assign a ticket to more than one issue.
