  • Filesystem snapshot backups every hour kept for 24 hours.  A full daily backup kept for 7 days, weekly backups kept for 4 weeks and monthly backups kept for 12 months.
  • Database snapshots every 5 minutes
  • Your own private UNIQUE support phone number
  • Discounted pricing on licenses for additional sites or domains
  • Discounted rates on custom extension development
  • Fully managed by us – just point your customers and agents to your support center while we manage your system

Level 1: $149.00 / Month

This solution configuration is suitable for a couple of thousand tickets per day  – maybe even more depending on the peak hourly volume.

Level 2: $300.00 / Month

This solution configuration is suitable for a couple of thousand tickets per day  – maybe even more depending on the peak hourly volume.  Unlike the Level 1 solution, it includes an additional layer of redundancy by using multiple mirrored VMs.

Level 3: $400.00 / Month

This solution configuration is suitable for up to five thousand tickets per day  – maybe even more depending on the peak hourly volume.
