Guest Tickets

Permit first time users to create their first ticket without an account - this makes for happier customers!

This add-on allows users to enter a ticket without having an account on the system.  This can help to create less friction in the support process and is suitable for a large variety of customer support organizations.

The extension accepts the ticket data and automatically:

  • Creates an account
  • Creates the ticket
  • Logs the user out and redirects to a thank-you page

Users with email addresses that are already registered are prompted to login before creating a ticket.

Uses The Standard Ticket Login Screen

The standard ticket login screen is modified as shown in the image below – notice the Guest Log In section.  Both standard users and guest users receive a similar customer experience and workflow.

The add-on is very simple to configure and requires only that you create and set a thank you page to help personalize the user experience.

Recurring Subscription Notification

The pricing for this (and most other add-ons) is set as a subscription by default. However, you are free to cancel the recurring subscription at any time – you will still be entitled to the one year of free updates and support from the time of your last payment. The software will generally continue to work without additional payments. However, you should be aware that, as with all software, a future update of any of WordPress / Awesome Support Free Core could include a breaking change. At that time, if you are not on a subscription plan, you will need to purchase a new license to obtain the compatibility updates necessary for the product to continue to work.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Credit card or stripe users- just go to your MY ACCOUNT page on our website.
  • Paypal users - cancel from directly inside your Paypal account.
