Archived Tickets (Early Release)

Optimize your server speed by archiving old or unnecessary tickets.

If your site has a significant ticket volume and needs to improve speed, but you don’t want to delete your valuable tickets, the Archived Tickets add-on will

  • Archive one or multiple tickets at the same time
  • Restore one or numerous archived tickets in a few seconds

Easy to Use

The Archived Tickets add-on is designed to be simple and intuitive when archiving tickets. You can click on the “Archive” option below the ticket title.

Archive Multiple Tickets

Select multiple tickets to archive, it does not matter if you have 10 tickets to archive or 10 thousand.

Restore your Archived Tickets

When you need to access them, you can go to the Archived tickets menu and restore them to the tickets list.

Early Release Notice

We tag new extensions with the label “Early Release”. The label is removed after a certain number of customers have installed and used the extension in production.

Niche Product Notice

The Archived Tickets add-on is considered a niche product. Therefore it is not available in any other Awesome Support bundle.
