It's been a couple of month now that we've re-launched Awesome Support. Rewriting the plugin was a lot of work. After version 3 was published, we have been working hard on refining it and fixing bugs. We're quite happy with how the plugin works now but there is still a lot of work to achieve our vision of the plugin.

The other thing that has been very time consuming was to promote the plugin and develop extensions to enrich its features. There is still lots of things to do on this part too but we've now published some of our most important extensions.

As of today, we have completed what was the next step in our roadmap: developing an affiliate program for the paid addons. You can now register an affiliate account and start promoting Awesome Support and its addons. For every sale that's made through your affiliate link, you will get 20% of the amount paid to us. This means that for a $100 purchase, you get $20. Sweet huh?

Our shop counts 7 addons so far, with prices ranging from $9 to $49. As you can see in the roadmap linked above, we have a lot more addons coming and we expect to release a new one at least every month (probably several addons a month).
